Your underlying duty will be meeting budget constraint to increase profitability and to help us keep growing.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Support the implementation of purchasing strategies under the supervision of the Procurement Manager.
Participate in the process of identifying and selecting suppliers to ensure that all purchases comply with company policies.
Assist in managing supplier relationships and help monitor their performance, supply availability, pricing, and quality.
Collaborate with the team to identify cost-saving opportunities, supporting the review of current suppliers and market alternatives.
Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure their purchasing needs are met efficiently.
Track material orders and assist in resolving any issues that arise in the supply chain.
Assist in the preparation and tracking of purchase orders.
Contribute to inventory planning to ensure timely deliveries.
Participate in market research to stay informed about emerging trends and business opportunities.
Well, what will the requirements be?
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Preferable education in areas such as Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Some previous experience in a similar position, ideally in purchasing or logistics.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow client specifications.
Basic knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier selection, and negotiation.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-growing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.
Fluent level of English; French is a plus.
