Procurement Specialist With Chinese, Spanish And English

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist with Chinese, Spanish and English skills for an important telecommunications company to perform the following functions:Supplier qualification: potential supplier information collection, identification, on-site visit. Documents, materials regarding qualification preparation and report to Procurement Management Committee. Qualification documents collection, sign and archive. Supplier Information Management System / Supplier Relationship Management operation.Supplier selection.Procurement execution: Purchase Order creation, review ,issue, check, archive and tracing.Trace and implement the change of PO.Management supplier: benchmark, resource pool ,daily affairs management. Supplier performance review. Action plan trace and close.Internal control.$ - At least 1 year sales/MKT/Procurement experience in international company. Good understanding on MKT categories, experiences in agency account or procurement position is highly preferred.Be familiar with the procurement process (such as supplier certification, selection, etc.), and can perform independent.Be familiar with the knowledge of legal, financial, tax, finance, trade, and can be used in the actual procurement work.Procurement business insight, strong analytical and negotiation skills.Integrity, team work, accept business travel arrangements.$Fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese (Professional knowledge).$Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
