As the biggest IT distributor in the world, our mission is to provide top-notch technology solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently.About the role:To support the IPP Analyst team in maintaining and strengthening trading relationships with all relevant vendors and with Product Marketing to obtain competitive advantage for TD SYNNEX via professional inventory planning and procurement.Responsibilities:Placing orders based on profiles produced by the IPP Analyst team taking into account any logistics efficiency requirements (i.E. pallet, layer, carton etc.).Back to back ordering of products with no established run rate.Place direct ship purchase orders on vendors. To check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates and to invoice customers on receipt of proof of shipment or delivery.Ensure that all purchase orders raised are within authorized and agreed sign off limits.Check vendor order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates, and updating system (SAP) accordingly.Expedite all open orders to maximise customer satisfaction and take responsibility for highest degree of due date accuracy in SAP. Supporting texts to be added if necessary for POD (proof of delivery) requests and queries.To assist the IPP Analyst team with vendor price changes by ensuring correct cost prices are reflected within SAP.Stock Rotation: a) request authorisation reference from the vendor for either contractual or negotiated terms within prescribed timescales b) once reference obtained, raise Return to Vendor quotation order and record on central database c) validate all stock is returned to vendor in accordance with RMA.Support IPP Analyst team in resolution of Logistics (primarily Goods In) and Finance queries within prescribed timescales.To work within set policies and procedures and to continually review and update where necessary.To own and manage through until completion, any ad hoc projects as defined by IPP Management.Provide high level of service, support and accuracy to the IPP team.To consistently achieve set targets.Represent TD SYNNEX at all times in an efficient and professional manner.Deliver maximum stock availability, minimise customer backlog and inventory depreciation costs, whilst maintaining stock levels in line with our key performance indicators.Provide a first class and high availability stock profile (best in Group/IT distribution) with justified commercial risk and cost.Knowledge Skills and Experience:Effective communication with internal & external partners.Must be proactive and self-motivated.Strong attention to detail
