).Back to back ordering of products with no established run rate.Place direct ship purchase orders on vendors.
To check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates and to invoice customers on receipt of proof of shipment or delivery.Ensure that all purchase orders raised are within authorised and agreed sign off limits.Check vendor order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates, and updating system (SAP) accordingly.Expedite all open orders to maximise customer satisfaction and take responsibility for highest degree of due date accuracy in SAP.
