Your primary responsibilities for the position are:
Support initiatives of NPD/InsourcingStrong collaboration with Global Team based in the USBeing the support on contacting RM vendors (support of the Proc Manager)Support the definition of the business allocationOutline appropriate implementation/resolution plans in case of issueContribute to the delivery of the savings working capital improvements each year, according to the company targetsAssess and track the market trends for the assigned commodities, in particular for Spain and ItalySupport delivery of corporate objectives such as growth agenda by development and delivery of appropriate initiatives (for example, supplier lead-time reduction and materials agreements, payment terms improvements, make vs. buy analysis, employ cost mitigation tactics)Uphold the company's principles, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standardsSupport the development and negotiation of contractsDevelop and recommend tactics that enhance competitiveness amongst suppliersCollaborate with Global cross-functional teams to deliver cost and service improvementsSupport stakeholders on Sustainability/Circular Economy Revlon's journey to build proper sourcing strategy to address Sustainable Development GoalsRequirements: BA degree requiredSpanish and English proficiency; Italian appreciatedExperience in Raw Materials in FMCG or Cosmetic companies would be a plusAt least 2 years professional experience, preferably in Procurement (or in Supply Chain)El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:
