We are looking for
You should have a consolidating and reliable character, highly self-motivated, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. Further key aspects of your profile are:
At least 2-3 years in a management consulting company or procurement role with a focus on procurement.
Deep negotiation knowledge and advanced negotiation skills.
Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of addressable spend identified and savings achieved.
Confidence to engage in internal discussions and strategically communicate arguments.
Solid understanding of processes and project management.
Fluent spoken and written English skills with strong communication skills.
Good working knowledge of ERP and Excel.
Your role in the team
We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist. This role is focused on implementing procurement processes to identify addressable spend to deliver both savings and strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
Responsibilities:
Define the purchasing roadmap for different spend categories and areas.
Work alongside other departments covering diverse categories including Marketing, Tech, Professional Services, and Global Facilities.
Participate in negotiation practices to deliver maximum value for the company.
Analyze current and future spending and purchasing procedures.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers.
Identify and drive improvement initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring quality.
Ensure consistent adherence to the procurement process.
Help design and implement procurement tools/systems.
