Main responsibilities: Risk Procurement Strategy design, deployment, and refresh: Design our Opella Procurement Risk roadmap, defining our strategic interventions, ready for implementation.
Engage and align Procurement Lead team, Global business risk teams, and stakeholders on the roadmap.
Conduct periodic regulatory and market watch on ESG and General Procurement risk issues to effectively anticipate and manage them, and for adjustment of our roadmap.
Risk Identification and mitigations: Lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across Procurement services and business operations, leveraging existing resources and collaborating with internal control teams to enhance existing control mechanisms.
Process Improvement and documentation & Governance and Performance tracking and reporting: Involve in the process definition or reinforcement of the risk framework at each stage of the Business cycle (Scouting, Selecting, On-boarding, Maintain, Partnering, Exit) and collaborate with Procurement Process Owner to document the Procurement Risk SOP and Risk management factsheet.
Implement clear governance structures at all levels while fostering active network engagement with internal stakeholders.
Set the right KPI and Governance tracking process via digitalization.
Elaborate risk mitigation plans and follow up with buyers for tracking Continuous Improvement and Reporting.
Deploy and educate the Procurement Community on Procurement risk streams and follow up with Internal experts on Opella official reporting.
About you Experience: At least 5-7 years proven experience in Risk Management and/or procurement, supply chain management, within FMCG/FMCH industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and supply chain risk management principles, along with a solid grasp of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to procurement and supply chain management.
Soft and technical skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Impact-oriented with strong analytical, structuring, problem-solving, and strategic capabilities.
Critical thinking and ability to challenge conventional ways of working and generate new ideas.
Excellent MS Office skills and very comfortable with Power BI, Digital dashboards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent as a minimum, with a preference for a Master Degree Level.
Fluency in English is a must; French knowledge is a nice to have.
