Main Responsibilities:The selected candidate will own and deploy the Sourcing Strategy for the assigned spend at a regional level, aiming to ensure supply at the best possible TCO. This level role applies to the Indirect Procurement and will deliver required value and benefits for Ecolab through the entire process, from Category Plan, Sourcing Strategies to Purchase-to-pay, including Supplier Relationship Management.

Your Main Focus:Applies, as sourcing methodology, the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) process and tools, from definition to implementation, to build and reinforce a best-in-class supply that meets the company goals. Keeps a global mindset, benchmarking regional strategies within the global sourcing team; leverages the Ecolab global scale to add value and maximize benefits. Lead saving projects or other initiatives to achieve team targets aligned with the Category Plan and collaborates across Finance, Legal, ETS, HR, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to ensure action plans and project milestones are met. Develops business continuity plans and risk assessments. Investigates, develops and drives actions to remedy supply disruptions and constraints. Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholders. Builds and maintains expert knowledge of respective categories, competition and innovations. Jointly works with the business to address questions and needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials and services.
Education and Professional Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.Academic qualification in Sourcing and/or Negotiation is a plus.Fluent English level is a must; another European language is a plus.3-5 years of experience in International Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Strategic Supplier Relationship Management.Proven experience in Indirect Procurement.
