Keeps a global mindset, benchmarking regional strategies within the global sourcing team; leverages the Ecolab global scale to add value and maximize benefits. Lead saving projects or other initiatives to achieve team targets aligned with the Category Plan and collaborates across Finance, Legal, ETS, HR, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to ensure action plans and project milestones are met. Develops business continuity plans and risk assessments. Investigates, develops and drives actions to remedy supply disruptions and constraints. Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholders. Builds and maintains expert knowledge of respective categories, competition and innovations. Jointly works with the business to address questions and needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials and services.Education and Professional Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.Academic qualification in Sourcing and/or Negotiation is a plus.Fluent English level is a must; another European language is a plus.3-5 years of experience in International Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Strategic Supplier Relationship Management.Proven experience in Indirect Procurement.
