At Simon-Kucher, our vision is to become the world's leading growth specialist.How you will create an impact: Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for the IT category to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential suppliers, and innovative solutions within the IT industry.Partner with IT/Technology Leadership to align strategic IT initiatives with Procurement strategies and Business objectives.Understand the IT supplier contract portfolio to identify synergy opportunities, expiring contracts, and optimization needs.Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and conditions.In partnership with IT leadership, manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Procurement processes, efficiency, and effectiveness within the IT category.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.Monitor and mitigate risks associated with the IT supply chain, including geopolitical, financial, and operational risks.Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices, supplier selection, and contract management.Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in IT procurement to maintain a competitive advantage.About you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.Around seven years proven experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management roles, preferably in a multinational organization.Deep understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications.
