You will be joining ISC's Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) team. This role leads a diverse group of procurement professionals responsible for managing all agreements with key strategic partners, both globally and within the Government space.Position Responsibilities:Supports team and provides guidance around strategic agreements that enhance efficiency for our stakeholdersActs as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreementsManages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversityDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and employeesProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesProvides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related toolsLeads, manages, develops and motivates employeesThis position is hybrid.
