With more than 208,000 employees, that operates in more than 170 countries and regions.Responsibilities Responsible for 3rd party equipment, product and engineering services purchase in Telecommunication and IT related global projects.Source and develop qualified suppliers that are able to match business requirements, organize bidding and negotiation, evaluate and monitor supplier performance and conduct routine communication, develop and negotiate contract and monitor procurement fulfillment process.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above: Telecommunication& Communication/ Electronics /Civil Engineering/...At least 5 years of experience in procurement domaine, project delivery management, procurement & bidding management, commercial management, quality management and planning& design preferred, especially in domain of communication, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic, IT and software .Experience in project management and delivery, be familiar with project E2E delivery procedure, be able to undertake delivery work independently in small or medium projects.
