.Currently we are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (f/m/d).
This role is focused on implementing procurement processes to identify addressable spend to deliver both savings and strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
It is a highly visible role with a significant focus on business partnering and execution.
The role holder will own key categories/business units to drive improvements in services for the best prices and terms.
Your role: Together with internal stakeholders you will define the purchasing roadmap for your business areas, supporting both ad-hoc spend > 20k€ as well as significant contracts with key vendors 0.5 - 2M€.
You will work alongside another Procurement Manager covering a diverse range of categories that will include: Tech (SaaS, Infrastructure, Hardware & Licensing) Marketing (specifically Digital & Media) Professional Services & Human Resources Real Estate (Property, Facilities & Services) You will analyze the current and future spending as well as the current purchasing procedures.
You will establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers.
You will represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations.
As a service provider for the whole group you will gain cross-functional trust and respect and will become acquainted with the demands.
You will identify and drive improvement initiatives aiming to optimize costs while ensuring best quality services.
You will help to roll out the already established procurement process in European countries to further countries in Latin America.
You will help to design and implement a purchasing system.

Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, business, engineering or information technology.
3-5+ years of work experience in a management consulting company, international start-up or similar, with a focus on procurement or supply management.
Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of the addressable spend identified and savings achieved.
Proven track record of negotiating with partners from a range of different European and/or Latin American countries, having a good awareness of procurement practices and standards from different markets (ideally: Germany, France, UK & LATAM).
Solid understanding of processes and the confidence to manage multiple projects and people successfully.
You have fluent English and German skills (Spanish and/or French are a plus) - spoken and written and are able to combine these language skills with strong communication skills.
You are open-minded and proactive in looking for procurement solutions that meet our stakeholders' needs.
You have a good working knowledge of ERP and MS Office programs
