We are a strategic international technology services company, essentially committed to its team and to society.We offer solutions in IT services, engineering developments, electronics, and R&D projects.We are committed to recruiting the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, age and other abilities, promoting their professional and personal development.Overview: You will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, and overseeing the logistics operations to support the company's projects and operations.This role requires a blend of procurement expertise, logistics management, and a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry's specific needs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet project requirements.Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best terms and conditions.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.Plan and coordinate logistics for the transportation of materials and equipment.Manage relationships with logistics providers, including freight forwarders, shipping companies, and transportation services.Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to understand project timelines and material requirements.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement and logistics.Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.Proficiency in SAP and logistics management systems.Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics processes.High level of english.In addition, at K-LAGAN we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer: - TEAM BUILDING activities.- CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP.- CAREERS AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT offering a wide range of formations.- SPECIAL EVENTS: Summer Dinner, Christmas Dinner and Solidarity Day.- BIRTHDAY OFF: enjoy it how, where and with whom you want!
