MN8 is headquartered in New York with offices in Boca Raton, Florida and Madrid.ABOUT THE POSITION:MN8 is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support corporate purchasing, supply chain and MN8 procurement governance.What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeAs the Procurement IT Buyer you will:CORE TASKSLead tendering processes to purchase equipment and services according to MN8 corporate needs.Perform financial analysis and business case justification for proposals to award to senior leadership.Support contract negotiations with external partners.Lead internal review of contracts with Legal, IT, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams.Create written proposals for priority opportunities, and drive procurement agreements to contract execution.Create a comprehensive domestic and international market analysis for the goods/services procured to drive lowest total cost and maximum value.Lead the Supply Chain process, internally and externally.Purchase order management.SECONDARY TASKSConduct related tasks including market analysis, risk an ESG scoring and financial analysis.Support in the search and evaluation of new suppliers.Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the internal supplier prequalification procedure, coordinating all the areas.Collaborate in the improvement of MN8 procurement process and tools.Support the development and drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community.Develop innovative and sustainable solutions to identify and mitigate risk, drive long-term, end-to-end value, and achieve unmet business needs.Create and maintain MN8 suppliers' data lake.Supplier onboarding.How you know if you're a great fit for this roleDegree in Administrative Business Management or similar.3-5 years of experience as an Indirect Buyer, IT Buyer or similar.Knowledge of procurement software (Jaggaer or similar) will be a plus.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong Presentation skill.Delivery Driven Orientation and Accountability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluent in Business English, both orally and written.MN8 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and fully subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity to ensure that all applicants and employees are considered for hire, promotion, and job status without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital or familial status.
