The Procurement Excellence Data Analyst supports the implementation and maintenance of procurement excellence initiatives. This role involves executing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring compliance with established processes, and providing support to the procurement team. What your responsibilities will be Support procurement excellence initiatives. Execute daily procurement activities. Ensure compliance with established processes. Provide support to the procurement team. Maintain procurement records and documentation. Assist with supplier evaluations and performance tracking. Support the implementation of procurement software and tools. Conduct routine audits of procurement processes. Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations. Support contract management and negotiation activities. Engage with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Basic understanding of market research techniques. Experience with supplier evaluation and performance tracking. Knowledge of ethical standards in procurement practices. Willingness to travel as required for supplier visits and training. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
