You will demonstrate value leadership, customer service and innovation to support the vision in becoming a world class provider of Procurement and Contract management services and embed a consistent approach to reduce the total cost of ownership.Reporting to the Procurement & Commercial Manager, the Procurement Contract Manager will support to deliver strategies and contracts, providing robust post contract commercial management which will support business unit's goals and objectives.You will take key responsibility for:- Developing strong commercial and contracting strategies, then executing end to end procurement activities for essential works/services to meet the diverse needs of our Renewables business, whilst complying with Procurement and Commercial policies and procedures. This includes covering all commercial, business and legal project risks in contracts and negotiating terms and conditions, to ensure ongoing value for money throughout the lifetime of the contract.- Oversee and manage tenders for the construction of renewable energy projects both equipment and services (Wind Turbines, solar and battery storage equipment, BOP/BOS, substations, high voltage lines, electrical equipment, engineering services...)- Delivering all pre and post contract commercial activities including preparation of cost estimates, value engineering, negotiating/agreeing contract change and ensuring that the core principles of Commercial Management are being implemented
