Mission
As Procurement CoE Specialist, on a temporary basis, you will be part of the Procurement CoE team, a supporting function under Procurement organization.
The mission of the CoE team is to consolidate the Procurement function as a strategic partner and key advisor to the business by delivering value to both internal and external stakeholders, elevating the procurement team in a growing organization, maximizing the value of the interactions of our key suppliers, building an ethical, resilient & sustainable supply chain, ensuring that the risks associated are identified and properly managed, and providing continuous sourcing and contract management practices improvement. The CoE team works closely with Procurement team members, internal stakeholders and suppliers and also the Sustainability team members to develop and implement the action plan to achieve ESG Almirall's targets.
You will be responsible to execute the Sustainable Procurement Program by working with procurement team members and business units/functions, measuring the supply base performance in sustainability practices, and ensuring full ESG Corporate Strategy alignment. Ensure the Supplier Risk Framework is executed to appropriately manage third-party risk across multiple risk domains
Tasks and Responsibilities
Monitor and improve the supplier engagement program and supplier capability building to align with Almirall ESG goals and strategy
Prepare analysis, reports, and Power BI dashboards to monitor the main Sustainability and ESG KPIs and identify opportunities (supplier base optimization, supplier engagement opportunities, main KPIs improvement, red flag reports, etc)
Support the procurement Green Journey participating in committees and specialized forums with the purpose to improve sustainable practices of Almirall.
Support the Know-Your-Supplier due diligence process during onboarding and support the risk monitoring in our recurrent supply base
Deliver market intelligence services to Category Managers through external partners, analyzing requests, improving outcomes as required and ensuring that recurrent commodities dashboards & newsletters are received.
Audit and analysis of own processes and policies to ensure full compliance and detect possible improvements and efficiencies.
Education
Degree in Business, Finance, Law or Engineering (mandatory)

Experience
Mandatory:
Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English, preferably as a first language or to bilingual standard
Experience in implementing and driving compliance of procedures, processes, systems & tools.
Experience in implementing Sustainable Procurement Initiatives
Knowledge on procurement technologies (SAP-Ariba preferably or similar), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
Minimum 3 years of experience
