We are responsible for company-wide activities like accounting, capital allocation, global tax planning, procurement, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and protecting the company through compliance and risk management.
We're evolving our processes and technology to support Cimpress' rapid growth.
What You Will Do : Plan annual tenders, improvements projects and negotiations calendar aligned with category and BUs' priority list.
Identify opportunities and prepare RFIs/RFQs, as well as working on continuous improvement programs.
Develop Category Procurement strategies, including: scoping, industry analysis, business requirements, risk assessment, stakeholder mapping, category plans.
Implement price negotiations in multiple formats and co-lead negotiations award.
Keep suppliers engaged with Cimpress to improve results.
Coordinate supplier work for quality issues resolution.
Suggest alternatives for new products by supervising and understanding industry trends.
Assure NDAs, Contracts and Terms & Conditions are signed and up to date.
Be the key liaison between BUs and suppliers for issue management, continuous improvement initiatives, commercial and other relevant topics.
Your Qualifications: Studies & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial or Technical study.
Minimum of 5 years regional Procurement experience.
Experience in a constantly evolving, global matrixed organization.
Analytical skills, good knowledge of business analysis and costing - TCO models.
Basic knowledge of legal documents - able to read and interpret contracts, only involving legal support when vital.
Available for global travel up to 20% of the time, with peaks of 30%.
Nice to Have : Other languages are a plus, preferably German, Italian, French and Mandarin.
2 years' experience in Packaging, Graphic Printing or Signage categories.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.
People Leadership skills required to work with a broad spectrum of experience levels, abilities, business levels and communication methods.
