What You Will Do:Develop and Implement Procurement StrategiesDesign and execute negotiation strategies to enhance contract renewals and align with the objectives of each spend category.Collaborate across departments to support category targets and facilitate compliant procurement processes.Optimize Contract and Spend ManagementOversee contract repositories, identifying and resolving gaps, duplications, and inconsistencies.Conduct contract audits, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and opportunities for automation.Drive spend analysis and compliance for indirect procurement categories, addressing any non-compliance with action plans.Build Stakeholder Relationships and Drive EngagementLead stakeholder education on procurement, finance, and legal processes to increase adoption and self-service.Foster a network of internal stakeholders and budget owners, acting as a trusted advisor for procurement needs.Lead and streamline communication with all parties involved in the procurement process, ensuring consistency and clarity.Project Management and GovernanceServe as the project manager for procurement renewals, coordinating efforts across finance, legal, and other support teams.Contribute to the procurement governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Performance Tracking and Compliance ReportingEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to achieve fiscal year procurement targets.Prepare reports on procurement compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Your Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant technical field.5+ years of international procurement experience, with a focus on indirect procurement or contract manufacturing.Previous experience in a large, multi-currency corporate environment, ideally with US-based teams.Technical SkillsProficient in Google Workspace and data analysis tools.Strong business analysis skills, including knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.Basic ability to read and interpret legal contracts, involving legal support only as needed.Leadership & Interpersonal SkillsEffective leadership abilities, with experience working across a diverse range of stakeholders and skill levels.Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior management.Cultural awareness to navigate a global organization, building trust and positively influencing key partners.Adaptability & Problem SolvingComfortable managing tight deadlines and adapting to a constantly changing environment.Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a readiness to make independent decisions and adjustments.Nice to have:Proficiency in additional languages (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French) is a plus.Available to travel on an ad-hoc basis, up to 10% of time globally.Why You'll Love Working Here:At Cimpress, we strive to give you everything you need to learn, grow, and succeed.
