Responsibilities:Develop and implement category strategiesLead procurement strategiesInitiate and lead regional sourcing processesCraft negotiation strategies and close dealsDevelop, negotiate, and manage procurement contractsManage stakeholders across functionsTroubleshoot cost, quality, and delivery concernsEstablish and update an approved supplier panelRequirements:University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply ChainMinimum 3 years in a similar position in the industrial sectorFluency in English, French, and Spanish (Portuguese, German, or Italian are advantageous)Proficiency in OfficeWillingness to travel up to 30-40% in France, Spain, and PortugalExcellent soft skills, business intelligence, and work ethicsAbility to work with self-responsibility and influential capabilitiesHands-on doer with an entrepreneurial spiritResults-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsInitiative, creativity, and structured approach
