We're scaling our team and operations worldwide to meet growing international demand.What impact you will haveIn dependence of vice president of supply chain, the ideal candidate will coordinate with Product Development and conduct Sourcing and Procurement for all assigned product categories, creating local/global strategy and making sure Supply Chain risks are mitigated, and QCDDM standards are defined and followed.What you'll doCategory Management:Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement category strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsProcurement Process Management: Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of category strategy and activitiesMarket Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends, potential suppliers, and competitive pricing. Provide insights and recommendationsProcurement Operations:Supplier Setup and Management: Establish and manage a network of reliable suppliers. Oversee the onboarding process, including supplier visits, contract negotiations, compliance checks, and performance evaluations.Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, focusing on securing favorable terms and conditions. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.Supplier Relationship and Performance management: Supplier selection, visit, management, and evaluation, in coordination with Product Engineering & Quality, to assure desired level of service and capacity.Category Enablement and maintenance:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (incl. product development/engineering, finance, and operations teams) to understand their needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.Participation in full cycle of Purchasing Project Management: from product design until EOP, going through sourcing, proto phase, homologation, and serial life management
