Duration: Permanent Purpose of the job: Process purchase orders and manage suppliers' deliveries in accordance with Production/Operations requirements, with ALSTOM guidelines and policies, and with the overall objectives of profitable growth through quality improvement.

Networks & Links: Internal: Managing Director, Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Finances, Projects, Operations, EHS, and Quality.
External: Suppliers, auditors, and (occasionally) Customer.
Responsibilities: Define and control the master data of the materials related to the area of influence.
Manage the availability of the materials.
Manage the shortages.
Manage the specific conditions for the suppliers.
Manage purchase documents for items and services (repairs).
Manage notices of receipt for purchase orders.
Follow up exhaustively the orders to suppliers, in the GSI system and in other platforms.
Manage the self-declarations of capacity from suppliers.
Manage the supply chain and its capacity.
Provide support to eventual capacity audits.
Consolidate the demand of suppliers for the centers within the reach.
Solve crisis with suppliers.
Coordinate the deliveries and the gathering of materials.
Elaborate the necessary reports related to your activity.
Reduce the structural risks of the supply chain and increase its efficiency.
Implement the best practices to achieve world-class excellence in the supply chain.
Provide all the necessary support through experience and resources to projects to achieve the QCD commitments.
Provide support in the identification of needs, the definition of requirements, the improvement, and the validation of the standards and tools.
Execute tests in the system that may be required.
Manage the KPIs of the area of influence.
Manage and group transports and shipments for their optimization (in suppliers).
Manage non-conformities related to his/her suppliers.
Comply with the EHS regulations.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES: Educational: Mandatory: Professional Education in Administration.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and Management.
Fluency in French.
Experience: Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in Supply Chain (preferably Procurement and Planning).
Experience with ERP Systems (such as SAP), Material Planning, and Procurement tools.
Experience in planning, procurement, and/or logistics.
Customer-oriented sense.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
