We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Facilities Lead Analyst to manage procurement activities, facilities maintenance, and real estate negotiations.
This role will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, budget control, and optimizing workplace environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, facilities management, and real estate, with a focus on cost efficiency, compliance, and strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities: Procurement and Facilities: Serve as the primary contact with the corporation for compliance and procurement processes, including onboarding new vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Maintain and archive documentation (Iron Mountain).
Manage inventories and office supplies.
Oversee reception management and front desk operations.
Negotiate with vendors.
Monitor vendor billing and ensure accurate payment processes.
Control and monitor procurement budgets.
Real Estate: Negotiate lease agreements with landlords (Madrid, Barcelona).
Plan, monitor, and control refurbishments, including budgeting.
Optimize workplace sites and oversee workplace management.
Manage parking spaces and control community expenses.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in procurement roles, preferably with exposure to real estate management.
Proven experience managing high-volume contracts, including general services, infrastructure, and real estate.
Previous experience in the insurance sector or other regulated industries is a plus.
Strong background in real estate management, including lease negotiation.
Track record of working with strategic vendors and managing long-term relationships.
Deep understanding of procurement processes, tenders, RFPs, supplier management, and cost analysis.
Familiarity with procurement management software and tools.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in lease and service contracts.
Competence in financial analysis, including cost-benefit assessments and return on investment evaluations.
