Job Summary The Procure-to-Pay Transformation Program Manager is responsible for driving the global implementation, governance and improvement of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the organization.
He/she must collaborate with functional departments (Procurement, Finance,IT) and the business on global, regional and country level to roll-out standard Procure-to-Pay processes & a platform.
And he/she is responsible to drive continuous process improvement, ensuring all internal and external regulations are met, while capable of delivering excellent value to the business in line with agreed operating targets.
Job Responsibilities Manage the global implementation of standardized best in class Procure-to-Pay processes with an enabling technology platform Lead the global roll-out program (end-2-end) for the standard Procure-to-Pay platform solution Enable change and adoption of new processes and compliance to new standards Ensure constant alignment with the wider IT application landscape (like SAP) and IT stakeholders Act as expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the Procure-to-Pay platform solution and provide support to super-users / stakeholders in the countries Guide the Procure-2-Pay operational team in the Swissport Business Services Organization on process execution and excellence Safeguard alignment with initiatives in Vendor Risk Management, Sourcing and Contract Management driven by the Strategic Procurement team to achieve common objectives Design and implement end-to-end process performance indicators and drive regular performance reviews to identify & prioritize optimization potentials Identify, plan & implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Translate process change requirements & improvements into IT requirements Support the creation or change of policies, guidelines, procedures and work instructions Collaborate with different departments from Procurement, Finance, IT and the business to ensure objectives are achieved Qualifications and Competencies University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related field Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes Experience in successfully leading and managing projects Experience of working with and/or rolling out a Procure-to-Pay solution (with preference of Zycus or similar vendors) Experience in BPO/Shared Services Experience in process ownership, operational excellence and external compliance requirements for Procure-to-Pay Experience with SAP is a plus Strong conceptual and analytical skills in the optimization of processes Excellent learning agility and speed, constantly challenging status-quo and looking for best in class solutions/innovations Demonstrable ability to work with key stakeholders in multiple countries and at various levels to get buy-in and commitment Hands-on person with drive, persistence and can-do-attitude working with limited resources Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels of a complex organization High energy, high motivation High proficiency in spoken and written English as the corporate language Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Swissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
