Job ResponsibilitiesApply Group Policies: Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, Energy and Equal Opportunities.In the event of an emergency, assume the responsibilities set out in the self-protection/emergency plan.Support the Production Manager to promote and implement improvements in the paper production process.Assist the production team to maintain a safe and efficient operation throughout the paper manufacturing process, from raw material introduction to the finished product warehouse.Support the Section Manager in the planning of maintenance shutdown work, identifying work to be carried out in the section. Cooperate in the coordination of the work in the section in order to comply with the established duration times.Assist and collaborate in the optimisation of the section's operation by means of the study and careful and detailed monitoring of different parts of the process indicated by the machine manager and/or the production manager, adjusting its parameters and implementing the appropriate procedures, instructions and tools.Plan and carry out all IAP investments entrusted to him/her within the budget.Collaborate as a production specialist providing technical advice to any department or section of any SAICA line.Analyse and resolve complaints and claims of the line reported by the Commercial Department related to the production process, identifying opportunities for improvement in the facilities and/or procedures. Execute the assigned actions, subsequently evaluating their effectiveness.Assist and collaborate with the section manager in the compliance of the section's quality indicators. In case of deviations, identify opportunities for improvement, proposing actions and projects. Follow up on the assigned actions.Minimum RequirementsQualifications and Education RequirementsMandatory: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry.Optional: Master's Degree in Industrial Facilities.ExperienceMandatory: 3 years in similar position (Process Technician/Process Engineer) in industrial sector.Optional: experience in the paper sector or continuous cycle (Non Stop) manufacturing.LanguagesEnglish B2-C1. Optional: French/Polish.
