From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.Position: Process Manufacturing Engineering EngineerIn Valeo Martos, you will be in charge of leading the industrialization of the new P1, to improve the production efficiency in its perimeter, capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes and new lines, and to lead lean design workshops.Your responsibilities:IndustrialisationTo manage production equipment introduction using IPROMTo follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tools and validate the supplier proposalTo define the acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsMass ProductionTo monitor QCDM and propose improvementsTo survey the performance of equipment and optimizationTo work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material, and labor costsTo update routing on the information system with SPV validationStandardizationTo validate PF raise and Cdc Standards which are created by standard ownerTo validate any change of standard proposed by sitedDesired skills and experience:Mechanical/Electrical/PLC programmer Engineer. 2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry. Oriented results to reach development expectations. Ability to work in a team spirit with other networks (R&D, purchasing, project, quality). Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Europe, India, China). Passion for the automotive industry. English level B2 is mandatory
