About the team: Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools. Within Operations, the Process Improvement team ensures the right workflows are in place to support different areas of the business, while it also promotes a cross-cutting view of the macro processes of the organization and works on initiatives to optimize and automate existing and new processes.
About the role: We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done! This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works! It will do so through a focus on automating and improving processes.
Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving specific processes and areas of the business, mainly through automation of existing and new use-cases.Have the opportunity to lead projects with coaching from senior members of the team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.Lead the necessary analysis for the prioritization and completion of specific improvements, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors.Identify and implement areas of improvement and work with the teams to get things done.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.Perform development and automation efforts within the team, connecting the different Apps to deliver solutions that add value to the organization. About you: Ability to program scripts in javascript, bash.Work experience with APIs (Jira, Slack, Google Workspace).Work experience with project development at GCP (Google Cloud Platform).Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Willingness to learn new skills and rapidly start working with existing Apps.Interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in Spanish and English.Willingness to embrace change and create it!
