Take the initiative of proposing new initiates or changes in trade marketing processesReview CHGs created by the market ensuring: all information needed is provided, request priorities based on business criticalityDriving demos or workshops to reinforce tool knowledge and to show tool changes and enhancements to marketsCommunicate and advise to markets about global tasks plan that might affect normal use of the application.Inform to the Regional lead of any organizational change, any new project that will require an enhancement of the tool as well as escalate any critical issueReview with the market the need of any Trade marketing trainingGive support on the regional workshops organized by the businessTrade marketing and tools trainingTo prepare, provide or update training materials of the trainings scheduled for the yearPrepare agenda, logistics and request feedback of training providedLead some refresh sessions, workshops for certain functionalities and/or new modules will provide markets with the "how-to" tool knowledge3rd party and budget management3rd party candidates' selectionDefine objectives, deliverables, work plan and follow up their delivery on time and with quality requiredFollow procurement procedures from contract and PO creation and maintenance to periodical budget follow upEnsure 3rd party follows up JTI procedures and it is aligned with JTI standardsWho are we looking for:University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, plus additional business education8+ years of working experience with CRM or BI systems5+ years of Project management experienceGood working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industrySiebel, Power BI, Mobile App DevelopmentShould have an adequate knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as Microsoft solutions and CRM business process analysisAre you ready to join us?
