Apply now!Learn more: jti.ComProcess Expert ManagerPosition:The IT BTS Sales & TM Process Expert Manager acts as a liaison between Business and Development teams in order to implement the approved process changes.Responsibilities:GRM ownership* Be the master of the process - knowing all the functionalities and the markets using it* Continuous improvement aligned with changing business environment* Keep updated all documentation in the GRM SharePoint* Review all Functional Designs related the module owned, ensuring this will meet market requirements without impacting on Global application functionality, other markets needs and performance* Facilitate training sessions of the module owned either internal or to markets in order to consolidate market knowledge. Keep updated the training material* Elaborate KPIS of usage of the GRM module ownedChange management* Continuous improvement on our BTS Trade Marketing Change Management Process as well as ensure full compliance with OCM* Guarantee all CGHs have a meaningful business benefit, providing when possible quantitative impact of the development requested* Be concerned that change management is an ongoing process and keep moving the CHGs as soon as they arrive* Ensure market have informed an accurate business description, a benefit and priority* Inform all information need that must be provided by BTS avoiding returns from other teams* Be cost efficientProject management* Define plan and Management of Projects under his responsibility on its different phases and areas (Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Control, Communications, Closure)Business relationship management* Being the point of contact for issues escalation from markets and establish action plans when required and ensuring its implementation* Know my market. Know the functionalities implemented. Be aware on current and future projects. Take the initiative of proposing new initiates or changes in trade marketing processes* Review markets KPIs progress* Review CHGs created by the market ensuring: all information needed is provided, request priorities based on business criticality* Driving demos or workshops to reinforce tool knowledge and to show tool changes and enhancements to markets* Communicate and advise to markets about global tasks plan that might affect normal use of the application
