Our global Manufacturing Engineering team owns, develops and maintains a broad range of manufacturing processes in the fields of electronic and medical device production, including the refurbishment of returned hearing aids. We are looking for a Process Engineer in Alicante, which is the largest service center in Europe and one of Sonova's global refurbishment sites.
We search for someone to join our global team who is passionate about all technical processes involved as well as leading and coordinating industrialization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement for refurbishment operations across our sites in Spain, Mexico and China. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing process excellence and alignment across our refurbishment sites, while also expanding our range of reusable products and components.
Coordinate the activities required for the refurbishment manufacturing processes with key stakeholders such as Service, New Product Introduction, and local Manufacturing Engineering departments, R&D and Change Management teamsClarify requirements and validate the manufacturing process chain for new products and processesValidate and roll out test and configuration updatesWrite, train and maintain operating instructionsSupport quality assurance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement and scaling efforts across the manufacturing sitesYour profile 3+ years of experience in process engineering within the electronics or medical device industriesAn analytical and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and SAP, experience with statistical tools is a plusA master's degree in engineering such as electrical, mechanical or a related fieldQuality-oriented, customer-focused and able to navigate a complex process landscapeFluent in Spanish and English, written and spokenOur offer We can offer you a new challenge in a global company, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, flat structures, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models in various roles.
