Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to lead the development and introduction of efficient manufacturing processes for new products.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive electronics and a deep understanding of the production process for PCBAs.
This role requires creating detailed process documentation, supporting new technology integration, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Process Introduction Planning: Develop process routes aligned with the requirements of new product projects.
Create guiding documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans (CP), process flowcharts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).New Process Technology Introduction: Assist in evaluating departmental methodologies for new product process plans.
Provide expert guidance on the introduction of new technologies to enhance production processes.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience: A minimum of 4 years in automotive electronics process design and management.
At least 4 years in the electronics manufacturing industry.Technical Expertise: Familiarity with APQP and TS16949 standards.
Proven ability to independently prepare process documents like PFMEA, flowcharts, and CP for all production stages.
Proficiency in PCBA welding processes, including three-proof coating, underfill, hot-press welding, crimping, or hot riveting assembly processes.
Expertise in PCBA design software and related tools.Production Knowledge: Experience with Panasonic machines.
Understanding of the production process from SMT to DIP, passing through FCT testing and end-of-line assembly.
Familiarity with reporting, auditing, and basic analysis tools.Soft Skills: Strong adaptability.
