Wood is currently looking for a Process Engineer to participate in our Basic design projects for international clients across the refining sector.We are looking for an engineer, with a broad range of process design skills who is ready to integrate into a team of engineers and designers. The right candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and with demonstrable sound technical knowledge.Carry out process engineering design activities, following client specifications and company standards and procedures to schedule and budget as advised by the project process manager.Accountability for the calculations, data sheets, narrative documents and engineering diagrams prepared for the project.Provide technical expertise and support to the process project manager to any business activity as required.Chemical Engineering degreeTechnical knowledge of Oil & Gas and Refining process units (Crude and Vacuum, Delayed Coking, Hydrotreating, Hydrocracking, FCC, Alkylation, SRU, SWS, Utilities & Offsites, etc).Proven experience in process design engineering, working at different steps of a project starting from Basic Engineering, FEED and EPC (Greenfield / Revamp projects).Further experience will be an added advantage.Proficient in technical software like ASPEN HYSYS, PRO-II, PROMAX, ASPENFLARE SYSTEM ANALYSER.Excellent command of Spanish and English languages.Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required.Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
