Process Controller

REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:

Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services.Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, is a key requirement of the position.Creating reports within ServiceNow is part of the responsibilities.Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.English proficiency level of B2/C1.REQUISITOS VALORABLES:
Proactivity.Teamwork.Used to report work done.Be able to produce documents and reports.Open minded to change.Self-taught.TITULACION REQUERIDA:
•Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree
•Regulated technical certification in ITIL: at least, ITIL Foundation.
AÑOS EXPERIENCIA EN PERFIL SOLICITADO:

Experience of at least 3 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 1 year performin same role.
