Position Overview
As the Process Architecture and Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Autodesk's Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. You will lead a team of process analysts and designers who collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive transformative changes. In addition, you will actively contribute to strategic projects, leveraging your expertise in process design, optimization, and automation to elevate our operational performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Team
The Business & Process Excellence team is a dynamic team of project, process and change management experts responsible for driving operational excellence across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams by partnering with Program leaders to ensure projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, change management, and business process frameworks.
Responsibilities
Lead a global team of business process analysts who support strategic projects through process discovery and design activities, collaborating with project teams to identify and document current processes and proposing optimized future-state designs.
Develop and implement process architecture and design strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive operational excellence.
Lead the evolution of the team through coaching and mentoring, upskilling, and the development of better ways to do process architecture and design.
Support global programs, including process discovery, analysis, improvement, and implementation.
Manage direct relationships with global leaders to coordinate work and inform about process analysis and opportunities for improvement.
Understand stakeholder needs and priorities while managing their expectations.
Be a thought leader in business process management, defining best practices on modeling, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to help Autodesk meet strategic business goals.
Work with Go-to-Market teams using the existing technology stack and operational processes in new and creative ways to deliver desired capabilities.
Develop and continually refine processes to ensure effective and efficient execution.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience (6+ years) in process architecture and design, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a global team.
In-depth knowledge of process mapping, business process re-engineering, process optimization, and process automation methodologies.
Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks like BPMN.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
