The Role
As a Problem Management Expert you will be playing a Critical Role for the stability and performance of Nespresso Systems Landscape. In charge of the Problem Management Lifecycle, the main goal is to eradicate Technical Issues, ensure Business Continuity and leverage Continuous Improvement in the Digital Tech organization. You will understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new evolving businesses and operating models. In this journey, you will work closely with Operations, Products, Markets and Business Functions inside a fast-paced and direct-to-consumer environment. Also, you as our Problem Management Expert will provide leadership in the dissolution of Crisis and in the support of large Promotional Events.
In This Role, You Will:
Drive Investigations: Lead investigations and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
Define Strategies: Develop problem resolution strategies and coordinate the implementation of fixes.
Promote Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Nespresso Digital Tech.
Manage Critical Situations: Address critical incidents and instabilities effectively.
Support Events: Lead preparation activities for large promotional events.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 8+ years in Information Technology, with a focus on service management and related principles.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead IT teams in complex, dynamic environments, coupled with strong communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
Business Orientation: Flexible and business-oriented mindset for tackling challenges.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
Familiar with Crisis Management and Critical Situations.
Experience supporting Supply Chain Systems.
ITIL Certification.
Project Management Certification.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles.
