Director, Energy Infrastructure Advisory The EIA team are market leaders in providing specialist transactional and financial advisory services to developers of and investors in renewable energy assets across a range of technologies including solar PV, wind, bioenergy, energy storage, and others in European countries.
The team's expertise includes: MA: disposal and acquisition of renewable energy assets (projects, portfolios, or platforms)Equity capital raising for seed, development risk, and construction capitalDebt capital raising for senior, junior, mezzanine, and HoldCo debtPPA advisory to help generators and consumers secure long-term power purchase contractsStrategic consulting covering commercial, financial, and strategic advice on renewablesValuations and project appraisals including financial modelling, due diligence, and valuations What this job involves You will be based in Madrid within the EIA team in Spain and have the flexibility to travel for meetings across the Iberian Peninsula as required.

Minimum Requirements At least 8-10 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international organization.
Extensive knowledge of and contacts network in the Iberian renewable energy market.
Demonstrable experience in managing MA transactions and financing operations.
Experience managing teams in a demanding, high-paced organization.
A proactive, get-it-done attitude with a desire to improve and the ability to learn on the job.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
A strong appetite to pursue a career in the renewable energy and infrastructure space.
Willingness to travel to client meetings (in Spain and Portugal).
A Bachelor's or equivalent university degree.
A Master's or MBA will be positively valued.
Native-like fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
Fluency in Portuguese is a plus but not essential.
