You will be part of a young, dynamic, and passionate team based in Barcelona in an office co-work environment. Your main role is to proactively develop a business plan to increase InsiJets brand recognition within the region assigned to you.
Daily tasks will involve educating, guiding, and supporting prospects and new clients while providing top private jet industry consulting.
Duration 1-year renewable contract subject to performance.
Duties and Responsibilities Lead generation through various channels, including online research, industry events, email, and social media. Prospecting: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate our value propositions to potential clients. Selling our services to customers, representing the brand, and organizing flights. Engaging prospects to pinpoint the best offerings, making presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. Reaching out to potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media. Establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through cold calling, networking, and managing online inquiries. Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and land deals that are beneficial to the company. Building long-term beneficial relationships with both clients and suppliers. Managing executive charter bookings from inquiry to completion. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English, French, German, and/or Spanish. Job Type: Contract
