Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Responsibilities:Analyze and execute new investment opportunities:
- Review transaction materials (teasers, IMs, DD reports, financial models, etc.).
- Analyze targets by evaluating its strategy, sector, financials and business plan, while identifying key investment highlights and risks.
- Support in buy-side due diligence process, while supporting transaction negotiation and execution.
- Prepare investment financial models and internal investment memorandums, as well as attend and participate in the investment committees. Portfolio monitoring activities:
- Participate in meetings with management teams and asset managers.
- Prepare periodical follow-up reports to investors.Skills & Qualifications:Strong analytic and financial capabilities with proven knowledge of accounting, modeling and other corporate finance related topics.Motivated, proactive, result-oriented, team player and eager to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company.Organized and capable of processing and structuring a large amount of information.Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Spanish (written business English and Spanish is mandatory).Previous experience in corporate finance (M&A, Private Equity, advisory or other) is highly recommended.Holding a degree from a Business School or University.
