Requirements Spanish: C2 level.
University degree in Law and preferably a Masters' degree in Privacy, Telecommunications Law, Cybersecurity, Digital Law or similar.
Valuable certification in privacy and persona data protection regulation (CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPD etc.).
Minimum 7 years of experience in privacy and data protection, with at least 3 years in management roles.
Proven experience in consultancy or law firm and managing complex teams and projects.
In-depth knowledge of national and international privacy regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and lead the part of the privacy team (5-12 people), ensuring the achievement of objectives and the quality of services offered.
Strategy and Development: Develop and implement privacy and data protection strategies for our clients.
Consulting and Auditing: Conduct privacy consultations and audits, offering personalised and effective solutions.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate privacy policies into all projects.
Continuous Update: Stay updated on privacy and data protection regulations and trends and train the team in these areas.
Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening our network of contacts and client relationships.
