As Privacy & Data Protection Counsel, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting both the strategy and daily operations in our Data Protection Office, reporting to the Head of Privacy & Data Protection Officer.You will be in charge of:Being an expert advisor on international privacy and data protection laws, including cutting-edge areas like AI regulation.Helping us develop and implement innovative privacy tools and technologies.Partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.Promoting a culture of privacy awareness through engaging training sessions.Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and legal updates.Contributing to a thriving knowledge base for all things privacy-related.Working with a passionate team at the forefront of data privacy and AI.What you need to succeed:Job Requirements:Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here's what you need to succeed:3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, digital compliance, and a strong understanding of other digital laws and standards such as AI, along with experience with privacy & compliance tools.A European Law degree, ideally from Spain, and membership of a European Bar if permitted by law, with experience dealing with the Spanish Data Protection Authority being a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish at least C1 level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The role requires you to speak on a day-to-day basis in English and Spanish.Highly skilled at problem-solving, communication, and data analysis.Thrives in a fast-paced international environment
