As Privacy & Data Protection Counsel, you will be part of the Legal Department, supporting both the strategy and the daily operations in our Data Protection Office, reporting to the Head of Privacy & Data Protection Officer.You will be in charge of:Be an expert advisor on international privacy and data protection laws, including cutting-edge areas like AI regulation.Help us develop and implement innovative privacy tools and technologies.Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.Promote a culture of privacy awareness through engaging training sessions.Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and legal updates.Contribute to a thriving knowledge base for all things privacy-related.Work with a passionate team at the forefront of data privacy and AI.What you need to succeed:Job RequirementsBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here's what you need to succeed:Has 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, digital compliance, and a strong understanding of other digital laws and standards such as AI, and experience with privacy & compliance tools.Holds a European Law degree (ideally from Spain) and membership of a European Bar (if permitted by law), with experience dealing with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (and any other as a plus); or other relevant degree combined with data protection postgraduate education.Fluency in English and Spanish (at least C1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level)
