Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a Print Jersey Designer (Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for the design of prints and our offer made from jersey in the Womenswear team.RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing the AOP placement of print designsSupporting the design of the 4 annual collections, Basic line and potentially also Express/Exclusive capsulesAssisting in the design process for the jersey category within womenswearDeveloping seasonal artworks and prints, from the research, design, set-up until the artworks/patterns are confirmed for productionCreating both bespoke artworks, and making changes to artworks from third partiesCommenting on and approving all colour creations, fabric handlooms, and trims from suppliers and subsequent handover to the production teamCreating production-ready artwork files to communicate designs to partnersClosely aligning with menswear, pattern design, the production team, and the sales teamParticipating in design trend workshop, input for mood boards, prints and coloursOrganising the print fabric archiveWorking towards our sustainability goals and implementing our Materials Strategy on the jersey collectionCollaborating closely with buyers for sourcing, pricing and developmentCreating all style setups in our PLM-systemYOUR PROFILECreative, with extensive knowledge of printing techniques design processOrganised self-sufficientHigh proficiency in all Adobe applicationsClo3D experience is appreciated, but not a requirementInternational experience is appreciated, but not a requirementWE OFFERA creative position in a fast-growing international company located at Nørrebro, CopenhagenA modern and international atmosphereA job with many possibilities and opportunities for professional developmentThe position is based at the Head Office in Copenhagen.
