Lead the creation of intuitive, visually striking interfaces that captivate players while excelling in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Drive design strategy, craft interactive prototypes, and collaborate across teams to deliver top-tier gaming experiences. This role offers growth opportunities for those eager to expand their expertise and shape the future of game design.What You'll do:UI/UX Design and Development: Conceptualize and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and UI layouts, ensuring exceptional player experiences.Artistic Collaboration and Implementation: Design UI art and visual elements aligned with thematic art styles, prepare assets for Unity integration, and develop functional animations for interactions.Team Collaboration and Ownership: Collaborate with product, design, and art teams while owning UX for multiple game feature pods and setting standards in UI/UX.Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor senior UI/UX staff, participate in critiques and reviews, and share insights with other teams to establish best practices organization-wide.Process Leadership: Define methodologies, create documentation, and participate in retrospectives to continually refine UI/UX strategies and execution.What You Bring:6+ years of experience in the game development industry specializing in UX and UI, having worked on 3+ different game titles.Ability to create new assets that adhere to an established visual style and further develop that style, ensuring consistency and innovation in design aesthetics.Specializes in designing for mid-core mobile gaming, leveraging user psychology and prototyping expertise.Skilled in Unity Game Engine, capable of creating and implementing user interfaces in complex game infrastructure.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to changing circumstances.Bonus Points:Proactively pursues personal, interpersonal, and craft skill development while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship, guiding junior team members in honing their skills
