In this role, you will lead and mentor a UX designer while directly contributing to design projects focused on marketing automation, personalized experiences, campaign management, automated content assembly and delivery, and the design of internal tools to manage critical business processes. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to define and refine product requirements. Your responsibilities include creating and refining business processes into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user satisfaction and align with business goals.You will develop and implement UX strategies for marketing automation and personalization, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality UX deliverables that drive business success and improve user satisfaction. Staying current with industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies in UX design, especially related to marketing and personalization platforms, will be essential. You will also measure and analyze the effectiveness of UX designs, using data to drive continuous improvement.Conceptualize and explore transformational new product design solutions which evolve and differentiate the Vista experience for our customers.Shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences, applying a user-centered design process; be hands-on at every stage of the design process, as well as direct more junior designers who are working alongside you.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals.Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to experiment and evolve our marketing automation platform, exploring new possibilities with campaign management, personalization, and automated content assembly.Collaborate with peers throughout the product ecosystem to drive cross-functional alignment, push creativity and innovation, and challenge established thinking.Contribute thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term Vista experience strategy and vision
