At Delta Partners there is a significant focus on evolving your career development, and through our unrivalled & first in-class training, mentoring & evaluation programmes, we make sure you are where you want to be.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements- Manages various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure an end-to-end analysis to find the best solution and ensure high quality outputs- Is able to ensure successful project delivery, guiding junior team towards problem conceptualization, problem structuring, data gathering and insight generation- Generates valuable insights for the client and for the creation of intellectual capital within the firm- Develops end-to-end documents both for existing engagements or business development proposals.
