ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Strategist to join the Inspire Value team (Strategic Consulting & Value Advisory) which is an integral part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team - a team that is focused on revolutionizing the enterprise software customer experience to drive exponential returns for our customers. We understand industries, our customers' strategy and desired outcomes and we deeply engage on how ServiceNow can enable their digital transformation priorities via industry relevant solutions and innovative partnerships.
Inspire Value brings creative customer engagement experiences through our Now Value methodology by designing and leading strategic, consultative interactions to build consensus and alignment on how core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform can support CXO business transformation objectives. Through years of practical experience, executive gravitas and fundamental knowledge of business and technology trends the Sr. Value Consultant builds and develops trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow.
In addition, this role is at the heart of our most strategic accounts - acting as the connective tissue across the account team and the extended go to market teams to help drive incredible customer experiences across their journey with us - with a focus on their priorities and business outcomes.
Lead Industry dynamics trends and companies strategic positioningLead discovery workshops with customers leadership and teams to understand their priorities, goals and challenges.Document and present insights and recommended value based and GenAi powered transformation trajectories.Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement, present multi-year roadmaps and document the full business case to justify actionWork with sales and customer success to help establish account strategies for accounts in the region.Provide strategic expertise and insights to help assess and prioritize accounts and strategiesIdentify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, white papers, thought leadership, etc.)Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
10+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant with exposure to Digital TransformationsTangible experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferredIndustry experience with FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Services is preferredPresentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boardingExecutive presence with a humble demeanourStrong Analytical skills and Complex Business cases analysisFull mastery of Spanish and English languages is mandatory. Fluency in Italian or French would be a plusEnjoyment working in a collaborative environmentAbility to travel up to 40% of the timeAdditional Information
