Responsibilities: Build and manage a diverse team of Software Engineers.Mentor software developers in their technical and professional development.Drive projects while collaborating with PM/Design counterparts and other engineering teams in order to successfully execute on our roadmap and achieve team's strategic objectives.Design and implement large scale engineering systems, applications, and features that enable us to deliver great user experiences for customers on desktop and mobile.Champion data-driven decisions through insights gained from customer feedback, feature usage, and competitive analyses.Establish a positive, inclusive, and fun team environment where every employee can do their best. Generate energy, provide clarity, and deliver great results through a high performing team. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.OR equivalent experience.Relevant years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers.Hands-on experience writing code in a Software Engineer or related role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with React and/or TypeScript, and good knowledge of CSS.Experience working across the full stack.
