Key Responsibilities Design Strategy: Define and drive the design vision and strategy within your domain for HP Industrial Print's digital printing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. User Experience Excellence: Champion user-centered design principles to create accessible, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into product development processes. Design System Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio. Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionality. Qualifications Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, and ProtoPie. At least 2 years of experience in a product team, with a strong ability to guide ideation and feature development within your domain using a user-centered design framework. Deep understanding of technical constraints and the ability to design solutions that work across different platforms, including desktop and mobile (iOS and Android). Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process. Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy. Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher). Sales & Services entity (ES11)
