.BS degree (or higher) in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in designing with software like AutoCad, Revit, Naviswork and knowledge on BIM and BlueBeam.
Experience in project management methodologies (i.E.
PRINCE2).
Deep understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems.
Experience with the Security Integrator Industry.
Experience in the adoption and implementation of CPTED in the logistics industry.
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation/standardization.
Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
Ability to collaborate and lead in a flexible, detail-oriented, fast-paced team environment in a changing organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
The role requires working with regional teams on standardizing physical security designs globally, development of global risk-driven security frameworks, policies, standards, and staying appraised of the latest developments in the industry.
The role will require coordinating and influencing many stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizations.
Technical cross-domain expertise is necessary to be successful in the security field.
You are expected to be an expert, relative to your level, in the core sub-areas: Design Physical Security Systems Security Management Practices Security tendering process Operational Security Law, Investigations, and Ethics Physical Security Holistic, ergonomic, Health & Safety and end-to-end project considerations Expectations of Principal Program Manager typically include: You drive clarity and deliver with complete independence even if you may not even know what the problem is before starting.

You have a high capacity and tolerance for context switching and interruptions while remaining productive and able to provide effective, safe and secure guidance.
You participate in efforts to promote security throughout the Company
